Mission of the Tampa Prep Alumni Association
If you graduated from Tampa Prep, you are member of the Alumni Association.
Together with all the alumni of the School, (2,703 graduates in 2012) you share Tampa Prep spirit - Go Terrapins! You can be an active member of the Alumni Assoication. Here's how:
*Stay in touch! Contact the Alumni Office (or call 813-251-8481) to update your information or get your questions answered if you:
- change your address, phone, or email;
- get a new degree or have a name change;
- change jobs or are recognized for an achievement;
- write a book, break a personal record, compose a song, have an art exhibit, take up a new hobby, have a baby, change your career path;
- want to share pictures in Tempo or chat with a familiar person at School; or
- want to volunteer.
*How you can help:
- Organize your class reunion. Every year is a reunion year and in 2013 the classes of '83, '88, '93, '98', '03 and '08 have 5-10-15-20-25- and 30-year anniversaries.
- Be a presenter on a panel for the Senior Class Careers Program.
- Volunteer for the college panel of the junior class college admissions retreat.
- Be a Golf Outing player, sponsor or volunteer. Proceeds go to the Alumni Financial Assistance Fund for students.
- Attend alumni events on campus or in your city. The Shepley Tour will be in Los Angeles in April and in New York City in May 2013.
- Start a regional alumni group in your city.
- Join the Alumni Board and help with planning and organizing events and networking evenings.
- Show your loyalty by donating to the Annual Fund. Alumni donations go to student financial assistance unless otherwise specified. Click on Alumni Giving, left.
